I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#LH61393492) in the state of Washington and completed my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2019. My undergraduate education was completed at Lindenwood University in Missouri where I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2015.

My experience as a therapist includes working in a program for women who had experienced domestic violence and addiction as well as working with incarcerated men at Monroe Correctional Complex. During my graduate training, I worked in an emergency shelter for women involved in sex work. These experiences have given me a unique interest in working with issues of masculinity, those who have experienced sexual abuse, and individuals who have experienced incarceration; however, I enjoy working with a range of people from all kinds of backgrounds.

Personal and professional support are vital to sustain this vocation and deepen my understanding of myself and others. In this vein, I serve on the board of the Center for Object Relations and am a member of the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study. I recieve supervision from WA state certified supervisor, Danny Gellersen, LICSW, FIPA, and participate in a clinical consultation group facilitated by Sean Jackson, MA LMHC. I regularly attend professional trainings and continue to engage in my own individual therapy.
